Ben has just finished appearing as George Tesman in Hedda Gabler at the Salisbury Playhouse where he received great reviews “The excellent Ben Caplan captures Tesman’s blinkered naivety beautifully” – Lesley Bates (The Stage). He has also filmed a guest role in the new BBC drama ‘New Blood’.
Ben has just finished appearing as Eddie Kassner at the Harold Pinter Theatre in the hit new show ‘Sunny Afternoon’ based on the story and music of The Kinks. It recently won 4 Olivier awards including Best New Musical.
Ben was recently seen as Charles Chapman in the ITV Drama ‘The Lost Honour of Christopher Jeffries’ which just won the best mini series award at the TV BAFTAs.
Ben is a professional actor and director. He trained at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama.
